Download Fitra360 from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign Up. You will need a valid email address and must be 18 or older.
Fitra360 accepts raw DNA files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, and most other consumer genetic testing services. Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Upload DNA. Select the raw data file from your device.
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Upload Blood Work. You can enter values manually or upload a PDF or image of your lab report.
Go to Settings inside the app, tap Privacy, then tap Export My Data. You will receive a copy of your data by email.
Go to Settings inside the app, tap Privacy, then tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@fitra360.com. See our Delete Account / Data page for full details.
